What we collect.

When you fill out our trip brief form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the trip details you share with us, such as travel dates, destinations, budget range, and group size. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Why we collect it.

We use your information for one reason: to plan your trip and communicate with you about it. That includes preparing resort and itinerary options, following up on your brief, and sending the text updates you asked for if you opted in.

How it is handled.

Form submissions come to our team through our form provider and by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. The only outside parties who see your details are the travel suppliers needed to book your trip, such as a resort or cruise line, and only what is required to make the booking.

How long we keep it.

We keep your information as long as we need it to plan your trip and follow up afterward, or as required by law. If you would like us to delete it sooner, just ask.

Your rights.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email travel@just-experience.com and we will take care of it.

Cookies and tracking.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site.
