What is the cutoff date?
The date unbooked rooms may be released. Give guests a personal deadline before the contractual one.
What counts toward concessions?
Bookings often need to sit inside the official block or group code. Ask how outside bookings are treated.
Who owns guest communication?
Decide who answers room questions, tracks arrivals, and handles changes, before invitations go out. It doesn’t have to be you.
